Returns

Returns are accepted only within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, customers must notify us within the 24-hour window via email/WhatsApp with order details and the reason for return.

 

Exchanges & Credit Notes

Certain products are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons or their nature. These exclusions will be specified on the product page.

A credit note equivalent to the purchase amount will be issued for eligible returns instead of an exchange. This credit note can be used for future purchases at Shankh The Label.
